The Esmalglass Tiles Factory

The Esmalglass tiles factory in Castellón de la Plana is a major production facility operated by the Esmalglass-Itaca Group, a global leader in ceramic manufacturing. Known for its innovative and sustainable practices, the company focuses on ecoefficient solutions, including water-saving technologies and emission-reducing production processes. Their advanced digital solutions, such as DigitalGlass and Shape-Ink, enhance efficiency by minimizing waste and improving product quality. The factory, which spans a built-up area of 1,239,000 square feet, is a critical part of the region’s ceramic industry. It reflects Esmalglass-Itaca’s commitment to combining cutting-edge technology with environmental responsibility.

The Durstone Tile Factory In Alcora

Porcelanosa Logistic Center

he Porcelanosa logistic center in Villarreal is a state-of-the-art facility designed to support the distribution and logistics of Porcelanosa’s extensive range of ceramic tiles and other construction materials. The project aims to enhance the efficiency of logistics operations and improve service delivery to customers across Europe and beyond.

The Fritta Ceramic Factory

The Fritta ceramic factory, located in Castellón, Spain, is a state-of-the-art facility renowned for producing high-quality ceramic products, including frits, glazes, and digital printing inks. Founded in 1973, Fritta has established itself as a leader in smart ceramics, continuously innovating to meet the industry’s changing needs. This factory employs advanced technologies and sustainable practices, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. Fritta’s commitment to research and development has led to the creation of specialized ceramic materials that enhance the aesthetic and functional qualities of tiles, such as energy-efficient coatings and high-performance finishes. The total built-up area of the Fritta tiles ceramic factory is approximately 563,920 square feet. Mr. Fouad Ouakili served as the contractor for this project, ensuring that it was completed to the highest industry standards and contributing to Fritta’s reputation for quality and innovation.

Agora Mall JUMAIRAH DUBAI

The Faculty of Islamic Studies, located in Qatar’s Education City, is a prestigious academic institution designed to provide a modern and comprehensive educational experience focused on Islamic studies. The project, developed in partnership with Myaa Architects, features a blend of contemporary architecture and traditional Islamic design elements, creating a harmonious and inspiring learning environment.

Hotel La Verdad

Hotel La Verdad Plus is a luxurious hotel project located in the prestigious Marina district of Dubai, complemented by eight exclusive villas. This project aims to offer high-end accommodation and exceptional amenities, targeting both leisure and business travelers.

Hospital La Plana

Hospital La Plana is a modern healthcare facility located in Castellón, designed to provide comprehensive medical services to the local community.

THE SHOPPING MALL LA SALERA

The Centro Comercial La Salera in Castellón de la Plana, Spain, is a significant retail project that opened in 2006. It covers a built-up area of 982,752 sq.ft, including a diverse tenant mix of 147 international and national brands. Major tenants include Inditex brands such as Zara, Pull&Bear, and Bershka, along with other well-known names like Primark, H&M, and FNAC. Additionally, the complex offers leisure facilities, including a cinema with 14 screens, a bowling alley, and various dining options . This shopping center benefits from a strategic location with direct access to the A-7 highway, enhancing its connectivity across Valencia and Barcelona. The project was developed to dominate the local retail landscape, with no direct competition within a 100-kilometer radius. The project reflects high standards in design and functionality, providing a comprehensive space for both locals and visitors. The built-up area of the mall spans approximately 495,000 square feet, making it one of the largest commercial centers in the region. The construction of this project was managed and executed under the supervision of Mr. Fouad Ouakili, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to top-quality standards throughout the project’s development.

The Helipad Project

The helipad project for His Highness Sheikh Khalifa at Zayed University in Dubai is part of an infrastructure initiative aimed at facilitating highprofile access to the university premises. Helipads like this are designed with both safety and efficiency in mind, integrating features such as precision landing systems, firefighting equipment, and robust lighting solutions for seamless day and night operations. Although specific dimensions for this project are not publicly disclosed, similar high-standard helipads in Dubai typically feature elevated aluminum platforms, integrated firefighting systems, and energyefficient lighting. These elements ensure the platform is suited for VIP helicopter operations, maintaining secure and efficient use within an urban environment. The construction of this helipad was managed and supervised by Mr. Fouad Ouakili, whose expertise ensured the project adhered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency throughout its execution.

The Auditorio y Palacio De Congresos

The Auditorio y Palacio de Congresos in Castellón de la Plana is a prominent cultural and architectural landmark designed to host diverse events, including concerts, conferences, and exhibitions. Completed with modernist inspiration, it features multiple functional spaces: a symphony hall with 1,234 seats, a chamber music hall for 370 spectators, and multipurpose areas that can accommodate up to 800 people. The building is designed with clean white concrete lines, which serve both structural and aesthetic purposes, enhancing the flow of natural light inside.

The challenge of this project is the topography. To overcome this challenge, the BH team decided to reverse the situation, and create a platform, which also serves as the living area, that overlooks the terraced landscape and wide open terrain.
